Who is Psybersquare?

Mark Sichel, President, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has been practicing psychotherapy in New York City since 1980. He is also the author of the popular self-help book, Healing from Family Rifts.

A graduate of the Hunter College School of Social Work, Mark has been admitted to the Academy of Certified Social Workers, and the National Association of Social Worker's Diplomate in Clinical Social Work. He is also a Board Certified Diplomate of the American Board of Examiners in Clinical Social Work.

Before becoming active in the creation of Psybersquare, Mark was on the faculty in the Doctor of Ministry program at Hebrew Union College and Director of the Addiction Recovery Unit at the Postgraduate Center. Mark appears monthly on AOL's Addiction and Recovery Forum hosting his popular Conference Series called 'Seasons of Sobriety' and currently serves as Director of Community and Consultant on Artificial Intelligence for PeopleSelect.com., an on-line personnel placement service.

Mark has had extensive media experience, both in print and on camera. He recently appeared as a guest on the WCBS AM's Technology Report: "Boot Camp", Fox Cable News Network, as well as Dutch Television. He has been featured in print publications such as The New York Times, New York Magazine, USA Today, and most recently, Redbook Magazine.
