The Graveyard
by Mark Sichel, LCSW and Alicia L. Cervini

The Psybersquare Graveyard is a place to bury negative feelings and emotions.

These useless and self-defeating thoughts are better off being remnants of the past, so lay them to rest. To symbolically reject our negative emotions, is to recognize that we have them, but that we don't want them anymore. This understanding is the first step toward finding the courage and strength to part with negativity for good.

Check off the feelings you wish to bury, add others that arise out of your experiences. Rid yourself of emotional dead weight.
